Event Presto is a simple online form and event scheduler which will enhance your MTA event. It can be customized to fit your event, allow teachers to submit their students for a longer period of time (no more postmark deadlines), and even pay online (they can still mail in paper checks). The Event Chair sets the requirements.

No Manual Scheduling; Quick, Easy Automated Scheduling

Time scheduling is one of the most tedious and time-consuming tasks that will cause even the most detailed member to shy away from chairing an event because of it. With Automated Scheduling, the chair will place students into performance rooms and with the click of a button, their playing times are automatically calculated! Students can be moved and recalculate the playing times without causing hours of manual updates to other playing times. Students can even be swapped easily just before the event.

Online Scoring

Eliminate the need for paper score sheets and hand-cramping scribble from adjudicators. With a laptop/tablet, adjudicators can quickly input their critiques and scores, submitting them with the click of a button. Scores can then be displayed when they are submitted, or when the event ends. Teachers will be able to view previous years performance critiques so they remember what to perfect year to year. If the MTA event requires complex scoring rules, these too can be implemented (additional fees may apply).
